DESIGN & PROJECT

  • A lot depends on the complexity of the project. Typically, branding takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks, while web design usually requires around 3 to 4 weeks. Any additional features or requests can extend the overall duration of the project. Some processes can be carried out simultaneously, whereas others must follow a specific sequence.

    Nevertheless, you should generally expect the entire package of brand design plus website development to take about 1.5 to 2 months from the official kickoff of the project.

  • In the alignment call, one important part is dedicated to thoroughly identifying everything your business needs at this stage. Feel free to ask any questions you might have about this process and seek clarity. Getting a clear understanding of what can effectively support your project right away will help set a strong foundation for your success.

  • This is a complex question, and there can be many different answers to consider. Perhaps the brand identity does not fully align with the values and expectations of your target consumers, or it could be that the e-commerce platform is poorly optimised and not performing as it should. In this case, we highly recommend booking a consultation with Eleonora, who specializes in carefully analysing such issues to identify the root causes and provide tailored solutions.

  • Typically, the files you will receive include the following common formats: vector (SVG), PNG, JPG, and PDF. Please note that certain designs may only be available in a selection of the formats listed above.

    Although original source files are not included as part of the standard packages, they can be made available upon special request.

PAYMENTS

  • Each project we take on is truly unique, and even services that seem similar can differ significantly depending on the complexity and specific details of your request. Generally, the projects we work on start with an investment of around €3,000. That said, we highly recommend scheduling a discovery call with us to discuss your needs in detail and explore how we can collaborate in the most effective and personalised way possible.

  • All prices are listed in Euros and come with a variety of convenient payment options. To confirm your booking, a 35% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance can be paid via bank transfer, which is the preferred method for clients within the Eurozone, or through Wise for international payments. Additionally, we provide flexible payment plans to accommodate different financial needs.

GENERAL

  • We plan project start dates a few weeks in advance. This gives us time for initial research and lets us focus fully on your project. Our availability changes during the year, with busy times in September-October, December-January, and April-May. If you want to launch your business in January, it’s best to start the project in early autumn.
