This section contains information relating to the management methods of Aire Studio with reference to the processing of user data.
This information is also valid pursuant to art. 13 of the Regulation (EU). no. 2016/679 concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data as well as the free circulation of such data, needs to proceed with the processing of some personal data collected automatically or provided through navigation or use of the website https://aire-studio.co (hereinafter, the “Aire Studio”).
This Privacy Policy, therefore, refers exclusively to Aire Studio and does not concern other sites, pages or online services that can be reached via hypertext links that may be published within it.
The aforementioned information may undergo variations and modifications due to the introduction of new rules in this regard, therefore we invite you to periodically check this page.
DATA PROCESSING
The data controller of the Aire Studio website, pursuant to art. 28 of the (EU) Regulation, is Eleonora Casalini (hereinafter, the "Data Controller").
Data processed
To allow the use of Aire Studio and its services, the Data Controller needs to know and process some personal data of the user which will be collected by browsing the Aire Studio and/or by filling in and submitting the forms on the site web. In particular, it processes the following personal data:
Navigation data.
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate Aire Studio acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes:
IP address;
type of browser and parameters of the device used to connect;
name of the internet service provider (ISP);
geographical area, date and time of visit;
web page of origin of the visitor (referral) and exit;
possible number of clicks.
These data, necessary for the use of the Aire Studio, are processed for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors per hour or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.) and to check the correct functioning of the services offered.
The navigation data do not persist for longer than necessary and are canceled immediately after their aggregation, without prejudice to the possible need for the judicial authorities to ascertain crimes.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
Any voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on the site and/or by completing the contact forms within Aire Studio involves the acquisition of the sender's address as well as any other information contained in the message; such personal data will be used for the sole purpose of performing the service or provision requested.
The legal basis on which the processing is based is the user's explicit consent to the processing of personal data. The user may, at any time, contact the Data Controller by email at hello@aire-studio.co.
Retention period of Personal Data
The Data Controller intends to keep personal data for a period of time no longer than that necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and processed, in compliance with the current regulatory provisions.
The e-mail address provided by the user for subscription to the newsletter will be kept by Aire Studio until the user's consent is revoked by means of a request by the user via the address hello@aire-studio.co.
Data processing methods
Personal data may be processed both on paper and through IT tools on any type of suitable IT support (e.g. cloud systems, digital archiving systems), in compliance with adequate technical and organizational security measures provided for by the GDPR.
Categories of data recipients
The personal data processed will not be disclosed to third parties. However, they may become aware of the user's personal data in relation to the processing purposes set out above:
the subjects who can access the data by virtue of the law provided for by the law of the European Union or by that of the Member State to which the Data Controller is subject;

Any communication of the user's personal data will take place in full compliance with the legal provisions established by the European Regulation and with the technical and organizational measures prepared by the Data Controller to guarantee an adequate level of security.
Transfer of Personal Data to third countries
The entire processing of personal data takes place in Italy and in countries within the borders of the European Union.
For the provision of its services, the Data Controller may transfer personal data to third countries. In that case, we undertake to:
make sure that the country to which your personal data will be sent guarantees an adequate level of protection, as required by article 45 of the European Regulation;
use the standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data approved by the European Commission for the transfer of personal information outside the EEA (these are the clauses approved pursuant to article 46.2 of the European Regulation);
make sure, if we need to transfer your personal data to the United States, that the third party is a member of the Privacy Shield.
User rights
In relation to the processing of your personal data, pursuant to the European Regulation, the interested party has the right to:
withdraw your consent to the treatment at any time. It should be noted, however, that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before the withdrawal, as required by art. 7, paragraph 3, of the European Regulation.
Ask the Data Controller for access to personal data, as required by art. 15 of the European Regulation.
Obtain from the Data Controller the rectification and integration of personal data deemed inaccurate, even by providing a simple supplementary declaration, as required by art. 16 of the European Regulation.
Obtain the cancellation of personal data from the Data Controller if even just one of the reasons provided for by art. 17 of the European Regulation.
Obtain from the Data Controller the limitation of the processing of personal data if one of the hypotheses provided for by art. 18 of the European Regulation.
Receive personal data concerning you from the Data Controller in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device.
Request the Data Controller to transmit personal data to another data controller without impediments, as required by art. 20 of the European Regulation.
Oppose at any time, for reasons related to your particular situation, the processing of personal data carried out.
Not to be subjected to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produce legal effects concerning him, if he has not previously and explicitly consented, as required by art. 22 of the European Regulation; moreover, in relation to automated processing, the interested party has the right to obtain human intervention from the Data Controller, to express his opinion or to contest the decision, as provided for by art. 22, paragraph 3 of the European Regulation.
Propose a complaint to a supervisory authority (art. 77) or take the appropriate judicial offices (art. 79), if you believe that the processing that concerns you violates the European Regulation. The complaint can be lodged in the Member State in which you habitually reside, work or in the place where the alleged violation occurred.
To exercise each of his rights, the user can contact the Data Controller by sending a written communication to hello@aire-studio.co providing the following personal data: Name, surname; email address, details of the request.
Consent of minors in relation to the services
It is explicitly forbidden for children under the age of sixteen (16) to use the services provided through Aire Studio. By browsing on Aire Studio and/or with any contact (also by filling in the form) you confirm that you have reached the age of majority required by your country of residence.
COOKIE POLICIES
Aire Studio uses the types of cookies listed below. The user, by closing the banner, scrolling the home page or clicking any element of the home page outside the banner, will consent to the use of cookies. The consent expressed in this way will be recorded by Aire Studio in such a way that the banner does not appear in the event of subsequent visits to the website by the user.

Technical cookies (session or persistent) are used, i.e. small text files containing a certain amount of information exchanged between Aire Studio and the terminal (or rather with the browser used), which allow the correct functioning and use of the same or a better experience within the website.

Analytical cookies created and made available by a third party, i.e. Google Analytics, are used. This occurs for mere internal statistical analysis of access, to improve Aire Studio and simplify its use, as well as to monitor its correct functioning. Profiling cookies
Third-party cookies are also used on Aire Studio for user profiling. When accessing the site, a banner will appear aimed at informing the user of the use of profiling cookies.
